PIT at TEX will see some tstorms affecting the region. The current radar is completely quiet. Here is the simulated radar (8 PM):

***The current radar and the weather models are not matching up. Either the models are wrong OR things are going to pop in terms of tstorms really quickly. We are just to close to 8 PM for this model to be right but I have to respect the potential threat for tstorms developing by 9 PM or afterwards. These tstorms are moving and thus the PPD/DELAY THREAT IS LOW TO MODERATE FROM 8:30 OR 9 PM ON.***

We are at the point where the radar is more important than the models. And the last few runs of the radar give me optimism. The storms are weakening as the drift ever so slowly east-southeast. They will start dry. Now the question is will it rain at some point after the start of the game? That is a very close call. I see these tstorms continue to weaken a bit and thus the rain may be light enough that they will continue to keep playing. Let's put the number of an in-game delay at 30%

Good Hitting Environments:

-PIT at TEX will have almost summer-like temperatures.
-Warm temperatures with a breeze blowing out to left-center for STL at WSH. 
-LAD at NYM will see mild weather with a light breeze blowing out to center. 

Poor Hitting Environments:

-Compared to the abundance of warm weather and winds blowing out, the games with retractable roofs likely to be closed (SEA) and the game in ANA may be at a disadvantage offensively.
